Minutes Pride Meeting 8-6-06

Meeting brought to order by Jer

Minutes of the last meeting approved by unanimous vote

Treasurer’s report: $6406.22 Grants and advertising are up, directory is under budget.

Entry: Tim is making aprons for the entry volunteers to take cash. Volunteer sheets will be at the booth.

Press: releases going out regarding buttons and event information.

Volunteers: A list is up at First Con. Church,

Entertainment: no report

City Liaison: Park permit in hand, everything was in early

Sponsorship: Lots of great sponsors this year. For next year we will start right away, will look at more contacts in Corvallis.

Vendor: 31 booths with probable 3 or 4 more at day of

Directory/Program: waiting for entertainment schedule to complete program, directory is done except for minor tweaks. Directory has paid for itself.

Raffle: One unless skydiving comes. Will be sold at booth for $1 each, 6 for $5, 15 for $10

Next meeting tentatively September 17 lunchtime at either David or Todd’s house
