Join us for our first 2023 Planning Meeting

We will also have a live stream via Zoom for anyone who can't attend in person (see virtual meeting information below). Please note that in order to increase safety in the virtual space, all participants must sign in to Zoom.
What: For this first planning session of the year, we will introduce the Board and go over the structure of the Planning Committee. There are 10 Teams within the committee and full descriptions of the Teams and Positions within them can be found here.
We encourage folks to think about where they would like to put their energy for the year. There are many roles available with a variety of time commitments so everyone will be able to find a place to connect. If you are interested in working with a specific team or position, please fill out this form. It is not a commitment, just a way for the Board to see where the interest is.
All planning meetings are open to the public, regardless of their participation in the committee.
Board Meeting: The regular monthly board meeting is held at 7pm immediately preceding the planning meeting. This meeting is open to the public, and will be held in-person at the same location and virtually using the same Zoom link.
