We will also have a live stream via Zoom for anyone who can't attend in person (see virtual meeting information below). Please note that in order to increase safety in the virtual space, all participants must sign in to Zoom.
What: Join us in-person or online for our next planning meeting of 2023.
We will hear updates from the sub-committees of the planning team and discuss ideas and plans for the 2023 Festival. There are still several roles available with a variety of time commitments so everyone will be able to find a place to connect.
All planning meetings are open to the public and do not require a commitment from participants.
Board Meeting: The regular monthly board meeting is held at 7pm immediately preceding the planning meeting. This meeting is open to the public, and will be held in-person at the same location and virtually using the same Zoom link.
